Dr. Aurora Alva is an American board-certified pediatric dentist and a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentists. She started her career by obtaining a Biology degree from Wellesley College in where she graduated Cum Laude. She received her dental degree from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 2007.

She furthered her career and pursued the specialty Pediatric Dentistry also at Tufts and completed the program in 2009. She holds professional licenses from the states of GA, TX and CA. Dr. Alva is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists and the American Board of Pediatric Dentists.

Dentistry and helping others in need is Dr. Aurora Alva’s true passion. She has done humanitarian missions in Honduras and worked as an Army contractor for the American Army in Germany. Dr. Aurora Alva is currently working in private practice in Germany and the USA. She also enjoys helping patients via teledentistry as she thinks it allows her a one-to-one opportunity to answer patients’ concerns, especially during a dental emergency.
