Product Manager

Toothpic is an app that takes the pain out of dental care and allows people to access the care and advice they need, when they need it. We are based in Dublin and New York and are expanding our Dublin team.

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team and define and lead the delivery of better Toothpic solutions.


The ideal candidate will

  • Manage agile product development process, including functional and design specifications for all product at Toothpic.
  • Develop and implement product strategies alongside the management team that are consistent with company vision.
  • Work with marketing and customer support to maintain and grow our understanding of the product, market, and competition.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and product development or improvement.
  • Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
  • Work with QA to create test plans to measure the success or failure of new products and improvements.
  • Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
  • Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from start to finish, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.
  • Liaises with staff members from the engineering, research and development, marketing, sales, and customer support departments.
  • Demonstrates the products to customers, where appropriate.
  • Work with our compliance and regulatory teams to make sure all products comply with necessary standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate user feedback and testing throughout the product development process.
  • Grow the product management team as the company expands.

You will play a crucial role within the organisation and as such you will have

  • University degree in the field of computer science, business administration, or another rigorous discipline.
  • At least 2 years experience working in product development.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies and systems architecture.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for product development.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with a ISO 9001 QMS and software development cycle a plus.
  • Experience supporting R&D activities including EU and Irish Grant and Tax Credit programs a plus.
