Our mission is to democratize access to dental care and we’ve been working on delivering that to US users for years. Given the crisis, we’ve recently started working with select dental offices to develop the next generation in digital dental care. Over the last few years, we’ve built a robust platform and partnerships with dental leaders like Delta Dental of California and Philips Healthcare, but in 2020 we’re going to push the boundaries of what’s possible even further.

The Role


As a Partner Success Lead, you will:

  • Foster and manage partnerships with US-based dental offices and weekly active users among their staff
  • Drive user engagement, adoption, and retention of our product with partner dental offices
  • Generate leads for research partnerships with US dental offices and their staff
  • Transition leads into partnerships where we can generate rich user feedback from the offices and their staff
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback and other data on our products as deployed in partner dental offices and relay it back to the product development team and product process
  • Convert partnerships and free trials into paid subscriptions over time

We’ll be focused on your growth with the company, and you’ll be:

We’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in SAAS customer-facing roles with US small businesses
  • Minimum 2 years experience training software users
  • Track record of top 10% performance in a customer service, sales, customer support, or product specialist role
  • Experience troubleshooting product and operational needs of customers on a remote and in-person basis
  • Strong experience balancing progressing funnel metrics while also capturing and synthesizing valuable and actionable user feedback
  • Experience leading SMB engagements to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Experience managing a pipeline using CRM software
  • Experience in assisting product development by providing key user and customer feedback
  • Experience deploying new software into SMBs, ideally in a B2B2C and/or clinical context
  • Bonus points: experience deploying dental software to dental offices

Salary is commensurate with experience
